Baa - pt Deux
Quick Update,
Added a few photos didn't take very many as we were working around 10hrs a day and had quite a few intensive days readying for shearing i.e drenching ,inoculating and shifting thousands of merinos. Can honestly can say I didn't mind one bit however, I also now know a dam sight more about Merino sheep than anyone who supported Aberdeen FC in their youth should really know.
This is hill walking Mackenzie style(bollocks to taking crampons and an axe!) - starting before dawn, we were mustering sheep and cattle from the surrounding hills - had a good snow fall the day before which made some of the tops a bit challenging.
Company car.(Mike"Good as Gold" Lindsey and the Argo)

Good easily managed, intelligent & reliable staff : (Jud)
Easily pleased customers!
Lovely open plan office complex: (mustering near the top of the basin outside Twizel)

On a day off i took the short drive to Mt Cook and tramped up the ill named"hooker valley" sadly there were none to be seen after a 4 hour walk in- bloody nice glacial run off lake up there though :-)
Mt Cook
Hooker Valley Glacial Lake (hard to capture the colours on a digital compact - miss my SLR :-(
Cheers
