Shortest day - eh

It's the Solstice once again - only rather oddly for me it's June and it's of the winter variety , guess the Earth really isn't flat. Bit strange not to be in Scotland with the usual suspects for the solstice especially as the last few years have been a celebration of muntyness in some great locations - Jura, Orkney etc

Anyway we're off camping to Bruthen to celebrate and then onto Wilsons Promontory which sounds great.

Seemingly there is a good chance of waking up with a wombat in your tent with you - not sure if this is a good thing or not. Talking of which here's one and its prickly arse which i spotted at the weekend.

Erm what else well i've also changed my return flights to New Zealand until the start of August giving me a chance to hopefully do more in Oz hopefully more diving and learning to surf.
